Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader from the alternate legal services industry based in the USA. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales initiatives to drive revenue across a vast geography and expanding the customer base. This role requires outstanding sales skills and a proven track record of successfully selling legal services.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve sales targets and quotas using a mix of traditional and innovative sales approaches.
- Proven wins and sales experience with legal services including litigation support and eDiscovery.
- Set measurable sales targets based on the size and growth of the US market.
- Identify and rapidly acquire new customers in the legal industry.
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel through CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with customers.
- Generate referrals by networking with key external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of legal processes, litigation support, and e-discovery required.
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and CRM required.
Education / Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the alternate legal services industry required.
- Strong network with Partner/Decision Makers level across law firms and Fortune 500 corporations required.
