Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager, the Construction Project Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient project execution through solid planning, coordination, and communication. This role involves overseeing schedules, budgets, and on-site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. The Project Manager must provide proactive leadership to keep projects on track and aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Review and validate contract terms before project launch.
- Ensure all required permits, documentation, and approvals are obtained prior to mobilization.
- Coordinate start-up and safety meetings with site teams.
- Supervise on-site progress, ensure quality and compliance with specifications, and maintain communication with clients.
- Oversee subcontractors, manage schedules and change orders, and ensure accurate billing.
- Support foremen and team members in developing effective work methods and maintaining positive relationships.
- Communicate any significant project changes to the Senior Project Manager.
- Collaborate with HR and foremen to hire and support site personnel.
- Participate in performance evaluations and encourage professional development.

Education / Professional Experience
- Several years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in construction or golf course development.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and scheduling processes.
- Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word); basic knowledge of GPS systems.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of golf or sports field construction is an asset.
- Bilingualism (English/Spanish) considered an asset.
