Join a dynamic team as a ServiceNow Account Executive, where you will drive growth and secure new accounts within the SLED and Healthcare sectors. Your role will involve building and managing client relationships, crafting strategic value propositions, and delivering impactful solutions to ensure long-term partnerships and mutual success.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own the relationship with key clients, understanding their business models and leveraging solutions to deliver measurable value.
  • Drive growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities with a focus on net-new logos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and ServiceNow account managers to develop and execute strategic plans targeting SLED and Healthcare organizations in Arizona.
  • Actively prospect and develop leads using HubSpot CRM to manage and track customer interactions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Partner with marketing and delivery teams to align on account strategies and client roadmaps.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering new opportunities for growth.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SLED and Healthcare markets.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for tracking and managing sales pipelines.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive hunter mentality for identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Education / Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem is preferred.

Licenses / Certifications

  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling or Strategic Selling is preferred.
