Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in CMDB to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that ServiceNow applications meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Leverage AI-driven capabilities and automation tools for predictive analytics and process automation.
- Customize ServiceNow forms, reports, and scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and other technologies.
- Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Develop and manage configuration items within the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for ServiceNow issues.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and patches.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Angular JS, HTML5, SCSS, React.js, UI Builder).
- Expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education / Professional Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
Licenses / Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) highly preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) highly preferred.
- ITIL Foundation is a plus.
