Job Summary
As a Level II Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring the reliability and maintainability of equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, and other production machinery, and be a key member of process improvement and problem-solving teams. Your expertise will contribute to the sustainable operation of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical and systematic methodologies.
- Install and perform alignment on mechanical drive systems.
- Complete all assigned preventive tasks including major service and overhaul.
- Replace identified failed parts or components.
- Adjust equipment to bring it into operational specifications.
- Maintain machinery lubrication requirements.
- Recommend process or procedure changes based on observed equipment behavior.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
- Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring and components.
- Maintain current and accurate maintenance data.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Strong mechanical and electrical background.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CMMS).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with normal shop equipment such as drill press and band saw.
- Ability to read and interpret precision measuring devices.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education / Professional Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 2-year Technical Degree desired.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience or comparable skills demonstration.
Licenses / Certifications
- Successful completion of certification testing.
Additional Information

- Must be willing and able to complete an online assessment test lasting 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of working safely in an industrial maintenance environment.
