Work Schedule
- 50 to 55 hours per week, 6 days a week
Travel
- Frequent travel required, 3 to 4 weeks at a time on the road followed by a week at home

Job Summary
As an Irrigation Golf Course Site Superintendent, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of golf course construction sites across the U.S. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are executed with precision, on time, and within budget. You will lead teams, manage subcontractors, and serve as the primary liaison between clients, foremen, and project managers.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead start-up and safety meetings
- Supervise and coordinate site activities and teams
- Maintain strong communication with clients and staff
- Track schedules, budgets, and materials
- Approve daily reports, billings, and subcontractor work
- Attend site and operation meetings
- Support foremen and conduct performance evaluations
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Solid knowledge of reading plans/specs
- Experience with Toro and Rainbird systems
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- Tech-savvy with Excel and Word
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
Education / Professional Experience
- Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar education background
- 6+ years of site or construction management experience
- Golf/sports field experience is a strong asset
