This is a Direct Hire position for one of our prestigious clients in the Community & Employee Alumni Engagement Technology SaaS Industry. The company is a 20+ year old privately owned enterprise with offices in the US, UK, Italy, and Asia.
Job Summary
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our client, a leading SaaS company specializing in community and employee alumni engagement technology. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working closely with the CEO on strategy and the President for sales introductions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in handling six-figure deals.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide deal forecasts.
- Report monthly sales performance to the CEO.
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
- Work with the President for sales introductions.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to the BDR team.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and six-figure deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This role requires a proactive and strategic sales professional.
Education / Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
