  • $52,000 - $62,000 Base + Commission
  • Year One OTE: $100,000

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a goal-oriented individual to join a thriving company in the energy & fuel sector. As a Fleet Card Sales Representative, you will work closely with businesses operating company vehicles to sell a specialty fleet card. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and signing up new fleets, making it ideal for a 'hunter' type sales professional.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prospecting, canvasing, and making a high volume of calls to set appointments
  • Conducting face-to-face appointments with potential clients
  • Creating and delivering sales presentations
  • Providing customer solutions through active listening and persuasive sales techniques
  • Closing deals and transitioning clients to the Customer Service Team
  • Maintaining call logs, appointments, and closes in the CRM system
  • Representing the company at customer, community, and networking events

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a proactive attitude.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Education / Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales required.
  • Experience in Fleet Card sales is a plus.
  • Experience in a high activity sales environment.
