Job Summary

As a Fleet Card Sales Representative, you will work closely with businesses operating company vehicles to sell a specialty fleet card. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting and signing up new fleets, making it ideal for a 'hunter' type sales professional.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospecting, canvasing, and making a high volume of calls to set appointments
- Conducting face-to-face appointments with potential clients
- Creating and delivering sales presentations
- Providing customer solutions through active listening and persuasive sales techniques
- Closing deals and transitioning clients to the Customer Service Team
- Maintaining call logs, appointments, and closes in the CRM system
- Representing the company at customer, community, and networking events
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and a proactive attitude.
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Education / Professional Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales required.
- Experience in Fleet Card sales is a plus.
- Experience in a high activity sales environment.
