Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Account Executive to join a dynamic team serving residential customers in the Vancouver, WA area. This role focuses on consultative B2C sales, handling a high volume of inbound leads, conducting in-home consultations, and delivering customized solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through a consultative sales process
- Conduct in-person appointments with residential homeowners to assess project needs and provide personalized quotes
- Present and close sales on eco-friendly, durable floor coating solutions
- Build trust and maintain rapport with customers through clear, helpful communication
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
- Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and opportunities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Manage your schedule and territory effectively for maximum efficiency
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong consultative selling ability with a customer-centric approach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
- Able to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
Education / Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in home improvement, remodeling, or residential services
- Proven success working with inbound leads and closing high-volume sales
- Experience conducting in-home consultations preferred
- Must reside in the Vancouver, WA area and have reliable transportation for local travel
