  • Uncapped commissions with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000 - $250,000

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director with a strong background in digital marketing and audience targeting within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with local Tier 3 dealerships and familiarity with regional Tier 2 associations. This role involves prospecting for new business, closing deals, and maintaining and growing existing accounts. The position is remote with travel required for client meetings.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Proactively identify, prospect, close, retain, and grow new business, including in-person engagement within reasonable driving distance.
  • Follow up on leads and appointments provided by the internal business development team to secure new clients and expand relationships.
  • Develop tailored solutions and packages for clients based on their unique business needs, leveraging existing company resources.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional sales and service delivery for all accounts.
  • Accurately log sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and provide regular updates on sales forecasts and revenue projections.
  • Participate in occasional overnight travel for client meetings, conferences, and company events.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

  • Expertise in the automotive industry, particularly with Tier 3 dealerships.
  • Solid background in digital marketing, including SEM, social media platforms, and OTT/CTV.
  • Proven experience in generating and closing business independently through outside sales efforts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Education / Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • With a focus on Tier 3 dealerships and large groups preferred.
  • At least 8+ years of digital media/marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience within the automotive sector.

Licenses / Certifications

  • Digital marketing certifications are advantageous.
