Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director with a strong background in digital marketing and audience targeting within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with local Tier 3 dealerships and familiarity with regional Tier 2 associations. This role involves prospecting for new business, closing deals, and maintaining and growing existing accounts. The position is remote with travel required for client meetings.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Proactively identify, prospect, close, retain, and grow new business, including in-person engagement within reasonable driving distance.
- Follow up on leads and appointments provided by the internal business development team to secure new clients and expand relationships.
- Develop tailored solutions and packages for clients based on their unique business needs, leveraging existing company resources.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional sales and service delivery for all accounts.
- Accurately log sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and provide regular updates on sales forecasts and revenue projections.
- Participate in occasional overnight travel for client meetings, conferences, and company events.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required
- Expertise in the automotive industry, particularly with Tier 3 dealerships.
- Solid background in digital marketing, including SEM, social media platforms, and OTT/CTV.
- Proven experience in generating and closing business independently through outside sales efforts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Education / Professional Experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
- With a focus on Tier 3 dealerships and large groups preferred.
- At least 8+ years of digital media/marketing experience.
- 5+ years of outside sales experience within the automotive sector.
Licenses / Certifications
- Digital marketing certifications are advantageous.
